Warehouse dispatch system replacing spreadsheets
A custom dispatch and inventory platform that removed a daily two-hour manual reconciliation.
Custom systems built around how you actually work
Web applications, internal tools and line-of-business systems built to fit your process instead of forcing you into someone else's.
A written specification in plain language before a line of code is written.
You get a testable build regularly, not a big reveal at the end.
Clean architecture, tests where they matter, and documentation for the next developer.
Getting your existing records into the new system is part of the job, not an afterthought.
We set up the servers, backups and monitoring, or deploy into yours.
A warranty period, then optional ongoing maintenance.
Off-the-shelf software is cheap until you spend two years working around the 20% that doesn’t fit. We build the systems where that 20% is the whole point — the workflow that’s specific to your operation.
Short cycles with something you can click at the end of each one. You see the system taking shape rather than receiving a surprise at the end.
Everything ships with the repository, deployment documentation and a handover session. The code is yours.
We visit or call, look at what you already have, and write down what you actually need — not what's easiest to sell.

Documentation, credentials, training, then warranty and ongoing support.
Ongoing

Supplier invoices read automatically and matched against purchase orders, with exceptions routed to a human.
We had stock counts in one spreadsheet, deliveries in another and returns in a third, and nothing agreed with anything else. AIBit spent two days just watching how our branches actually worked before they proposed anything, which no supplier had done before. The system they built matches how the staff already think, so adoption took about a week instead of the months we braced for. Stock accuracy went from roughly guesswork to something we can close the month on.
Thank you Marissa. The two days on site were the most useful part of that project for us as well — it changed the design considerably.
We were nervous about moving records onto anything digital. They walked us through exactly where data would sit, who could reach it and what happened if a machine was stolen — before we signed anything. The handover documentation is thorough enough that our own staff can manage day-to-day accounts without calling anyone. Appointment no-shows are down noticeably since the reminders went live.
The system does exactly what we asked for and the team was genuinely responsive throughout. It did run about three weeks past the original estimate — some of that was our own slow feedback, but not all of it. What I will say is that they told us it was slipping the week they knew, not at the deadline, and they did not try to charge us for the overrun. I would use them again.
Appreciated, Jomar — and fair. The integration with your carrier’s API was harder than we scoped it. We have adjusted how we estimate that kind of work since.
