What's included

Capabilities in this service

Site survey before quoting

Sightlines, lighting and identification distances measured on site.

Retention sized properly

Storage calculated from your required retention days, resolution and frame rate.

Secure remote viewing

Per-user accounts, no shared passwords, no ports exposed to the internet.

Intelligent detection

Motion zones, line crossing and object detection to cut false alerts.

Proper cabling

Structured, labelled, tested and certified — not draped over a ceiling grid.

Maintenance included

Scheduled cleaning, focus checks and firmware updates on a support plan.

Coverage, not camera count

Most CCTV quotes start with a number of cameras. Ours starts with a question: what do you need to be able to prove, and from where?

A site survey establishes sightlines, lighting conditions and the identification distance required at each point. Sixteen badly-placed cameras will lose you a case that eight well-placed ones would have won.

What we install

  • IP camera systems — fixed, PTZ, thermal and licence-plate capture
  • Recording — on-site NVR with the retention period you actually need
  • Remote viewing — secure phone and desktop access for named users
  • Analytics — line crossing, intrusion zones and people counting
  • Access control — door entry integrated with the camera system

Retention and privacy

Storage is sized to your retention requirement, not the other way round. We’ll also flag where signage and data-protection notices are needed — cameras carry legal obligations, and ignoring them is a real risk.

Client feedback

What clients say about this service

Cameras that work at 2am, which is when we needed them

We had cameras before. They recorded useful footage roughly never — wrong angles, unusable at night, and a recorder nobody had checked in a year. AIBit repositioned everything from an actual site walk, specified hardware suited to our lighting, and set up remote access that genuinely works from my phone. We identified a theft issue in the first month.
