The automation paid for itself inside four months
Two staff spent most of every Monday copying order data between systems. AIBit automated it end to end. What impressed me was that they told us honestly which parts were worth automating and which were not — they talked us out of about a third of what we originally asked for. Those two people now do actual account work instead of data entry.
AIBit replied
Thanks Kristine. Automating a bad process just makes it fail faster — glad we scoped it down together.
They replaced four spreadsheets with one system that actually gets used
We had stock counts in one spreadsheet, deliveries in another and returns in a third, and nothing agreed with anything else. AIBit spent two days just watching how our branches actually worked before they proposed anything, which no supplier had done before. The system they built matches how the staff already think, so adoption took about a week instead of the months we braced for. Stock accuracy went from roughly guesswork to something we can close the month on.
AIBit replied
Thank you Marissa. The two days on site were the most useful part of that project for us as well — it changed the design considerably.
Guest WiFi that finally stops generating complaints
Our previous setup was five consumer routers fighting each other. Guests complained constantly and we had no way to diagnose anything. AIBit surveyed the whole property, showed us a coverage map with the dead spots marked, and installed proper access points. Guest and staff networks are now separated, which our card system needed anyway. WiFi complaints have essentially stopped.
The only supplier who handled both the software and the network
Our production tracking kept failing and we could never establish whether it was the application or the network underneath. Two suppliers, each pointing at the other. AIBit took over both. It turned out to be a switch that had been quietly dropping frames for months. They fixed the cabling, rebuilt the tracking system properly, and now there is one number to call. That alone was worth changing supplier for.

Careful with patient data in a way we had not seen before
We were nervous about moving records onto anything digital. They walked us through exactly where data would sit, who could reach it and what happened if a machine was stolen — before we signed anything. The handover documentation is thorough enough that our own staff can manage day-to-day accounts without calling anyone. Appointment no-shows are down noticeably since the reminders went live.
Cameras that work at 2am, which is when we needed them
We had cameras before. They recorded useful footage roughly never — wrong angles, unusable at night, and a recorder nobody had checked in a year. AIBit repositioned everything from an actual site walk, specified hardware suited to our lighting, and set up remote access that genuinely works from my phone. We identified a theft issue in the first month.
Solid work, and honest when it slipped
The system does exactly what we asked for and the team was genuinely responsive throughout. It did run about three weeks past the original estimate — some of that was our own slow feedback, but not all of it. What I will say is that they told us it was slipping the week they knew, not at the deadline, and they did not try to charge us for the overrun. I would use them again.
AIBit replied
Appreciated, Jomar — and fair. The integration with your carrier’s API was harder than we scoped it. We have adjusted how we estimate that kind of work since.
Patient with a school budget and a school timetable
We are not an easy client — limited budget, and work can only happen during term breaks. They phased the cabling across two breaks so we were never disrupted, and they were straightforward about which parts could wait a year. The only reason this is not five stars is that the computer-lab rollout was tight against our reopening. It was finished, but it was close.
