Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information AIBit IT-Solutions collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the services we provide to clients.

What we collect

When you contact us. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and whatever you write in the message. We need this to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

When you subscribe. Your email address, and the date you subscribed.

When you apply for a job. The details and documents you submit through the careers form.

When you browse. Standard server records — pages requested, timestamps, referring page, browser type and a truncated network address. We use these to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

When you leave a review or comment. The name and text you submit, which is published if approved, and the email address you provide, which is not.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who have not asked for it. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Client data

Delivering our services often means access to systems that hold your data — servers, cameras, network equipment, databases. We treat that access as confidential. Access is limited to the engineers working on your account, it is removed when an engagement ends, and we do not copy client data out of client systems except where a backup or migration is the work you asked us to do.

Where a written confidentiality agreement is in place, its terms take precedence over this policy.

How long we keep things

Enquiries and quotes are kept for two years. Job applications are kept for one year unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Accounting records are kept for the period Philippine tax law requires. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so forms work, and a security cookie that protects those forms from being submitted by another site. Both are required for the site to function. If we later add analytics, this section will say so before it happens.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Security

Data in transit to this site is encrypted. Access to client systems is restricted, credentials are stored in a password manager rather than in spreadsheets or chat, and administrative access requires individual accounts so actions can be traced to a person.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below and, for changes that affect existing clients, tell you directly.
