Capabilities

Everything from the cable to the cloud

Most IT problems cross boundaries — the app is slow because the network is saturated, the cameras drop because the switch is wrong. We cover the whole stack so nobody gets to point at someone else.

Engagement

What working with us looks like

1

Discovery

We visit or call, look at what you already have, and write down what you actually need — not what's easiest to sell.

2

Scope & quote

A written scope and an itemised quote. Nothing is ordered until you've signed off on both.

3

Build & configure

Development, staging, bench-configuration of hardware. You see progress before anything touches your live environment.

4

Deploy & test

Installation, commissioning and testing against the agreed scope — with you present for sign-off.

5

Handover & support

Documentation, credentials, training, then warranty and ongoing support.

Common questions

Before we start

We are based in the Philippines and take on work nationwide.

Software, web and AI automation projects are delivered remotely, so location makes no practical difference — we run these with scheduled calls, a shared tracker and regular demos.

Work that needs hands on site — CCTV, structured cabling, networking, WiFi and fiber installation — is scheduled by area so travel is not billed against a single client. Tell us where you are when you enquire and we will confirm coverage and lead time before you commit to anything.

Both. A four-camera install for a small shop gets the same scoping and documentation discipline as a multi-site network. The scale changes; the process doesn’t.

Usually yes. We start with an audit: what’s installed, what’s licensed, what’s documented and what’s a risk. You get that assessment in writing before you commit to anything further.

By scope. We write down what’s being delivered, then price hardware, labour, licensing and support as separate lines. You can see exactly what each part costs and defer anything that isn’t urgent.

Yes, for most work.

Projects start on a 40% deposit, with the balance split across agreed milestones and the final payment due on handover. You approve each milestone before it is invoiced.

Installations involving equipment we purchase on your behalf require the hardware cost up front, plus 30% of labour. We show you the supplier pricing — we do not mark hardware up quietly.

Support contracts are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Small jobs under a day are simply invoiced on completion. Every deposit is set against a written quote you have signed, and if we cannot deliver what was quoted, it is refunded.

Anything not written in the scope. Civil works, electrical supply, permits and third-party licence renewals are called out explicitly so they don’t appear as a surprise later.

You receive as-built documentation, credentials and a warranty period. After that you can continue on a support retainer or call us ad-hoc — there’s no lock-in either way.

It depends on how badly you are stuck, and we commit to it in writing.

  • Critical — business stopped, site or server down, no connectivity: within 1 hour, any working day.
  • High — a team or key function blocked: within 4 working hours.
  • Normal — one person affected, or a workaround exists: within 1 working day.

Clients on a support contract get those targets as a commitment. Everyone else we handle as fast as the current schedule allows, which is usually the same day.

For anything urgent, call 0995 315 0273 rather than emailing — it is the fastest route to someone who can act. Most faults are diagnosed remotely, and a large share are fixed without a site visit at all.
