AIBit IT-Solutions launches its new website
Everything about AIBit in one place — services, case studies, documentation and a direct line to our engineers.
This guide covers how we specify a network for a site of 10–50 users. It’s the document we work from internally, published so clients can see the reasoning.
Not users. Devices. A 20-person office typically has 20 laptops, 20 phones on WiFi, 8 desk phones, 6 printers, 12 cameras and a handful of IoT devices. That’s 66 endpoints, not 20.
Cameras, backups and video calls are all upload-heavy. An asymmetric line that looks fast on a speed test can still choke on real usage.
| VLAN | Purpose | Can reach |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | Staff | Internet, file server, printers |
| 20 | Guest | Internet only |
| 30 | Cameras | NVR only |
| 40 | VoIP | Internet, PBX |
| 99 | Management | Admin workstation only |

The projects that work start with a specific bottleneck, not with the word 'AI'. Here's the test we apply.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll scope it honestly, quote it clearly, and build it properly — software, AI, networks or all three.
